To create a User Account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the entity/organization you represent, and a password ("Registration Information").
4.2 Information Provided by You
You may voluntarily provide additional information, such as your job title, industry, country, and city of residence, to enhance your profile.
4.2.1 Capital Raising Advisory Services: Financial data, investment preferences, or all business details relevant to advisory engagements.
4.2.2 Digital Loan Platform: Company financial information or lender and investor investment criteria, submitted during applications or approvals.
4.3 Automatically Collected Information

Actions you take within the Service, such as viewing content, clicking links, connecting to Third-Party Services, or following/unfollowing other users.
Time, frequency, and duration of your visits to the Service.
Technical data, including your IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system.

5. User Account and Responsibilities
You may register only one User Account and are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Tenten is not liable for the accuracy or validity of information provided by you or other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and must not share it with third parties. Tenten does not have access to your password and cannot reset it on your behalf. If you forget your password, you must use the account recovery process provided in the Service. Tenten disclaims liability for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account, to the extent permitted by law.
By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity or consent to create a User Account. You, or the entity you represent, are responsible for all activities conducted under your User Account.
Tenten reserves the right to suspend or terminate your User Account if, in our sole discretion, your activities violate this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
6. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
Operating and maintaining your User Account.
Providing and improving the Service.
Analyzing Service usage to personalize and enhance user experience.

For capital raising advisory services, we use financial and business data to provide tailored advisory support, securely stored with encryption and access controls. For digital loan platform, we use borrower, lender and advisor data to process loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and facilitate agreements, with strict confidentiality measures.
We process your data based on GDPR legal grounds, including your consent, contractual necessity, or our legitimate interests, as applicable. You may opt out of non-essential communications (e.g., newsletters) at any time via your account settings or by contacting privacy@tiot.io.

For digital loan platform, borrower and lender details (e.g., name, entity, financial data) are visible to counterparties (e.g., lenders, borrowers, legal counsel) involved in a loan transaction, only with your explicit consent.
Your email address is visible only to users who have received your request for a quote, submitted a quote to you, or established a network connection with you within the Service.
We may use your information in aggregated, anonymized form for reporting across multiple users, industries, or regions.

For capital raising advisory services, financial data is retained for the duration of the engagement, if not otherwise agreed, and as required by Finnish law. For digital loan platform, borrower/lender data is retained for the loan term and applicable legal periods.

14. Account Deletion
To request deletion of your User Account and personal information, please email privacy@tiot.io with your request and confirm termination of your use of the Service by deleting your account. We will process your request within one month, in accordance with GDPR, unless extended as permitted by law. We may retain certain data as required by Finnish or EU law or to fulfill our obligations to you.
